What did Medini Cosmetic Surgery need from digital marketing?
Medini Cosmetic Surgery offers procedures such as liposuction, rhinoplasty, gynecomastia surgery, lip reduction, chin and cheek augmentation, fat grafting, tummy tuck and breast surgery. Its founder, Dr M Shridharan, approached us in mid-2021 for both digital marketing training and services.

The clinic needed a good-quality, user-friendly WordPress website with a clear page for every surgery, so patients could find the treatment they were researching and contact the clinic easily.

Surgery pages that rank in Hyderabad
The goal was to plan surgery pages around keywords and rank them within 8–12 months through SEO, supported by Meta lead ads and Google text ads with detailed targeting and agreed budgets.

A hack that flooded the site with spam
In November 2022 the website was hacked and around 3.6 lakh spam URLs were generated, mostly against the homepage. At one stage the client had lost hope of recovering the domain.

We redesigned the site with dedicated surgery pages, before-and-after galleries and a blog, made it work across devices, and added a WhatsApp button and pop-up forms so visitors could request a call-back.

Every page was planned around researched keywords and written as original, plagiarism-checked content rather than AI-generated copy — to help search engines understand each surgery and to avoid penalties in core updates.

After the November 2022 hack, we worked steadily to clear the spam URLs from the domain, stabilise the site and bring it back to a clean, live state — reducing around 3.6 lakh spam URLs to about 3k, with removal continuing.
Google Ads for each surgery
Text ads for each surgery targeted Hyderabad, with location, age group, gender and keyword targeting based on search volume. During the spam crisis, these ads kept generating leads for the clinic.
Meta Ads and local SEO
After studying competitors’ profiles and ads, we ran surgery-specific Facebook and Instagram ads by location, age, gender and interests, and optimised the Google Business Profile for KPHB, Kukatpally to win local searches.
